Your gallery holds all the little moments that make up your family’s story — the smiles, the mischief, the hugs, and everything in between. Downloading and printing your images means you can enjoy them long after the moment has passed, whether that’s in an album, on your walls, or shared with loved ones. Here’s how to save and print your favourites.


Downloading Your Photos

As someone who lives abroad from most of their family downloading photos and sending to grandparents, aunts and uncles is a great way to share those moments from your life without having to spend more on postage! To download your photos from your collection, just follow the steps below. You can easily download the entire collection, or just a few favorites.

Download the Full Gallery

  • Open your gallery using the link you were sent.
  • Click the Download icon at the top (the small downward arrow).
  • Enter your download PIN if you were given one.
  • Choose Download Full Gallery.
  • Pick your preferred file size.
  • Your images will download as a ZIP file.
  • On a computer: double-click the ZIP to open it.
  • On a phone/tablet: your device may ask where you want to save or extract the files.


Download Individual Photos

  • Find the image you’d like to save.
  • Click the Download icon at the top (the small downward arrow).
  • Enter your download PIN if you were given one.
  • Hover over it (or tap it on mobile).
  • Click the Download icon on that photo.
  • It will save straight to your device.


Ordering Prints

Printing your photos is a lovely way to make sure these memories don’t just live on a screen. Displaying them around your home or gifting them to family helps keep those moments close.

  • Open the image you want to print.
  • Click Buy Photo or Prints.
  • Choose what you’d like — prints, frames, enlargements and more.
  • Select your size and finish.
  • Add to cart.
  • Continue browsing or go to checkout.
  • Enter your details and complete your order. Your prints will be delivered to you directly.

A strong internet connection helps downloads run smoothly.

Choose high-resolution for the best print quality

Check you have enough storage if downloading on a phone.

If you can’t find your download PIN, just ask and I’ll resend it.
